We work with most major PPO plans.
We tailor treatment recommendations to your individual needs.
We focus on your care, and work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company - an outside party.
They determine what they are willing to cover. This is subject to change, so our estimates may change.
Insurance can be complicated. Our goal is to help explain your benefits.
We offer a complimentary estimate of services.

$599 for Adults
$549 for Children (Age 18 and below)
This includes
2 check-ups annually (exam, cleaning, all recommended x-rays)
Unlimited emergency exams
No charge for x-rays (except for 3D CBCT)
20% off all general and pediatric procedures & treatments
10% off specialty procedures (orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery - includes wisdom tooth removal, implants)
