$549 for Children (Age 18 and below)

This includes

• 2 check-ups annually (exam, cleaning, all recommended x-rays)

• Unlimited emergency exams

• No charge for x-rays (except for 3D CBCT)

• 20% off all general and pediatric procedures & treatments

• 10% off specialty procedures (orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery - includes wisdom tooth removal, implants)
