Initially I thought the practice was great. Good service, but they put me on an annual renewal plan without me knowing. They have charged me for the new year while I have long left New York. They have not once returned my calls or emails. Completely unresponsive and charged me without my consent.

Liars. Complete liars. Started off positively, said they'd help me with an implant, payment plan, etc. AFTER they removed my crown, their story changed, demanded a couple thousand up front for the implant and refused to honor their promises. I was sent out of their office with a huge hole in my mouth, it was a FRONT tooth! Horrible flipper! They offered no apologies, nothing. They did not care or show remorse. Yet they were furious when I pulled my children out and found another dentist! Monsters.

I try to be fare, so before i get into my horrible experience here i have to share: I had been to this dental office before for my little boy's teeth cleaning(4 years old at the time in 2020). We had an okay experience, nice lady dentist, patient and sweet, but she moved to FL and the owner of the practice came to work to do her job. In 2022 my son had to extract a front tooth, his tooth was a "tooth gemination" which is a condition that has 2 joint crowns and a SINGLE ROOT. The owner did the extraction (he should not be working with children, he was rude and rough). When the bill came they charged me for 2 teeth extractions when he truthfully took one tooth out, one root, one pull. They charged me for 2 teeth arguing that each teeth had numbers and they need to do the insurance claim correctly, meanwhile i paid cash because we have Medicaid and they don't accept medicaid!!!! One root, one pull, one time, one extraction. they charge me for 2 extractions. DISHONESTY

Friendly and likable staff and dentist, with a clean office. But the onlay he put on failed just a year in, and I had to have a full root canal and crown as a result (very expensive, and also months of weird sinus symptoms/pain). Was also quite expensive, and there always seemed to be extra little charges in the bills (I would have been happy to pay whatever they considered a fair price, but it seemed a bit deceptive at the time).

My grandson said he enjoyed his visit at your office. He said all the people was so friendly and nice. I don't know anyone that enjoys a date with the dentist, but Daevon had not one complaint.
