Kids, just like adults, should visit the dentist every 6 months for a dental check-up and cleaning.  Cavities and gingivitis (gum disease) can develop in the mouth as soon as teeth erupt. 

These visits allow us to monitor oral health, detect concerns early, and provide preventive care in a comfortable, supportive environment.

During your child’s exam, we carefully evaluate:

• Cavities or areas of early decay
• Bite alignment and jaw growth
• Gum health and oral habits (thumb sucking, pacifier use)
• Removal of plaque and tartar with specialized tools in a gentle manner
