I need to start by saying that I am one of those people who are terrified of going to the dentist, even if is just for a routine cleaning. I had one of my old "silver" filings replaced recently, and for the first time in a very long time I was totally comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Levine and his assistant, which unfortunately I don't remember her name, were just outstanding. She always greets me by my first name which really makes me feel like part of the "family." Dr. Levine was patient, answered all my questions, explained everything clearly. In other words, he took the time to make me feel as comfortable as possible and was not in a rush. He stopped from time to time while working on my tooth to ask if I was ok, if I needed a break. He reassured me from time to time that the procedure was almost complete. He walked me through everything patiently to make sure that I did not feel any pain or sensitivity. I want to thank Dr. Levine for his service and I sincerely hope that he will be my dentist for many, many years to come. March 14, 2026 I wrote the above review a few years ago and I'm back again here because I have continued to be a patient at this facility and couldn't be happier. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you Ann Marie and Vla for your friendliness when I walk in for my appointments. Your courtesy and professionalism always make me feel like I matter. Liz, the dental assistance, has a warm and caring personality. She is very patient and makes me feel comfortable understanding my fears and addressing any concerns that I may have. Thank you, Dr Kim, for helping me achieve a better smile. My teeth look better and my sensitivity has improved. Westside Family Dental Group offers the best dental care available. Their facility is "squeaky" clean. They are centrally located of all modes of public transportation. But what I really find the best of all is their staff. They couldn't have found better people.

Been coming here since I was a pre-teen and honestly couldn’t ask for better care. The team (especially Liz, Isabel, Dr. Doan, and their lovely front desk associate AnnMarie) is amazing and really work with you. I’m now on my orthodontic journey and Dr.Kim is great as well.
