I love coming to west side dental. The staff is warm, authentic, kind, in tune with the patients’ needs and polite. They calm you down if you get stressed prior to a dentist visit. They work with you and put you on a payment plan when necessary. I love Doctor Daun ( regular dentist for cosmetic work) and Doctor Kim ( Ortho ). Anne and Liz welcome you with a sincere smile and true concern for your well being. Trust is very important as well as great dental results for me. I m able to find both at West Sode Dental. My 12 yr old son goes there and so do I. Best kept secret in the Upper West Side ❤️‍🩹🙏❤️

Ann at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was having a lot of pain in my front teeth, and Dr. Doan really took her time explaining what work needed to be done. I appreciated that so much. They were both gentle and kind throughout the entire process. Dr. Doan constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Liz even gave me a squishy ball to help with my nerves, a sweet gesture that made such a difference. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Doan again ❤️
